Video Production Specialist, Lineage Corporation

Lineage Corporation, the in-house advertising agency for the Green Line Apothecary family of companies, is expanding and building its team. The agency is hiring a Video Production Specialist to create compelling video content for our brands and clients. We are seeking a talented videographer to own the creative process from pre-production to editing. Put your imprint on the agency and its fast-growing clients, while producing forward-thinking work.

Video Production Specialist responsibilities:

• Lead the video production function of in-house advertising agency for the Green Line Apothecary family of brands
• Manage all aspects of video production including concept development, scripting, preproduction, production, postproduction  
• Capture various content and subjects, including people, tutorials, health & wellness, architecture, construction and more
• Collaborate with agency team to conceptualize video content
• Produce materials for digital and social media distribution in various lengths and formats
• Contribute innovative ideas to the creative production process
• Maintain working knowledge of video technology, techniques, and consumption trends
• Contribute to other non-video creative production as needed
• Compile video catalogs of content for future use
• Attend and film events, which may occur on evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional video production experience
• Demonstrated creative vision and determination to see a project from conceptualization to completion
• Expertise in digital image capture, including lighting, sound, editing, etc
• Experience with pre-production planning, production, post-production
• Ability to direct direct on-camera talent with varied levels of experience and confidence
• Ability to work effectively with internal team members and external parties 
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Expert knowledge of video technology and techniques
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro or equivalent software 

Schedule and Location:

• Full-time, M-F 9a-5p schedule (evening/weekend availability may be required for special events)
• Position located at Lineage offices in Wakefield Rhode Island
