Green Line Apothecary began as modern versions of the quintessential American drugstores that our pharmacist founder Christina visited in her youth, alongside her greeting card salesman father. Many of those family-owned community pharmacies included soda fountains - counters that served up comfort food like ice cream. The neighborhood fountain was the heartbeat of many American communities.
Together with her husband and co-founder Ken, Christina concocted feel good favorites for their community. They carefully craft each ice cream recipe knowing their three daughters will be eating their fair share of scoops! Our ice cream captures the essence of a bygone era of American dining.
Green Line Apothecary ice cream is developed, perfected and crafted at our Town Made food incubator in Wakefield Rhode Island using local dairy and only the cleanest ingredients. Find it in a freezer near you!
