What's old is new again.
Founded in 2016 by pharmacist Christina Procaccianti, Green Line Apothecary is a fast-growing, independently-owned healthcare company that combines the nostalgic personalized service of vintage drugstores with the efficiency of modern pharmacy. Offering online shopping nationwide as well as statewide prescription services from two locations in Rhode Island, Green Line is redefining the pharmacy experience with a return to the practice's roots.
The old-fashioned elegance of its brick-and-mortar stores - complete with vintage soda fountains and curated health & wellness products - goes hand-in-hand with the full-service pharmacy's robust delivery infrastructure. Whether it is a sip of a hand-crafted soda or a medication delivered to your doorstep, Green Line has got just what the doctor ordered.

Christina Procaccianti, PharmD is the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Pharmacy at Green Line Apothecary. Since founding Green Line Apothecary in 2016 as the business’ only pharmacist, Dr. Procaccianti now leads a team of over 100 people. She oversees pharmacy operations, Green Line Supply's long-term care partnerships, Green Line Express' clinical programs, staff development, and company strategy.
Her passion for advancing pharmacists' role in health care originates from her childhood. The daughter of a greeting card salesman, Dr. Procaccianti gained early insight into the unique impact that independent pharmacies have on their communities. Today, Green Line is her modern interpretation of the classic American drugstores that she visited in her youth with her father.
Dr. Procaccianti works tirelessly to help her patients achieve optimal outcomes - and to empower pharmacists to practice to the fullest of their capabilities. Also an expert in integrative medicine, she approaches health care holistically.
An alumnus of Northeastern University, Dr. Procaccianti is a native of New Jersey. She resides in Wakefield Rhode Island with her husband and their three daughters.

Ken Procaccianti is the Co-Founder, President, and Chief Operating Officer of Green Line Apothecary. Ken leads the company’s marketing, strategic, financial, operational, and growth objectives.
Following a career in advertising, Ken has carefully curated the Green Line brand family. He has led the design, construction, branding, and marketing of every detail of the Green Line experience. You can find Ken's vision throughout Green Line Apothecary, from the restored antique equipment in its stores - to private label brands like G.L. Apothecary and River & Main - to the company's e-commerce presence - and to its trademark vintage vehicle fleet including the Clara's Cart mobile ice cream truck.
Ken also serves as Founder, Creative Director and Managing Principal of marketing agency Lineage Corporation as well as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of local food incubator Town Made.
An alumnus of Northeastern University, Ken first met and later proposed to Christina aboard a Green Line subway trolley in Boston. He is a native Rhode Islander and resides in Wakefield with his wife and their three daughters. Together they have independently built Green Line Apothecary into what it is today.
