Director, People & Culture


GREEN LINE APOTHECARY is hiring a Director, People & Culture to foster culture, drive performance, implement training curriculums, and manage the human resources function for our growing workforce. We are seeking an expert human resources professional with a passion for elevating workplace culture and human performance to take on this new position to our family of companies. Build upon our positive company culture, produce results, and help lead a great place to work for our nearly 100 employees at Lineage Corporation, Town Made, Green Line Supply, Green Line Express and Green Line Apothecary.


Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Actively recruit new employees for fast-growing operations, utilizing online job boards, networking and more
  • Screen potential new employees and schedule interviews
  • Assist department managers in conducting interviews
  • Onboard new employees

Training & Performance

  • Implement an online curriculum of standard operating procedures and training programs, in collaboration with department experts
  • Roll out curriculum to new and existing employees and provide continuing education program
  • Conduct regular employee performance reviews to ensure mutually-beneficial employer/employee working relationship
  • Provide employees with action plans to elevate performance and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with company principals and department managers to set goals and objectives for staff
  • Analyze workforce data and provide strategic insight to company principals

Employee Relations

  • Administer payroll utilizing online provider
  • Coordinate 401k program and health benefits for employees
  • Manage leave, sick, and paid time off requests
  • Implement disciplinary action and terminations when necessary
  • Provide conflict resolution
  • Evaluate new employee benefit ideas, ie wellness program
  • Oversee all HR initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal employer regulations


  • 3+ years of human resources or related experience at similar size company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Track record of driving performance and realizing positive results for employers/employees
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Systems oriented
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Fundamental business math, accounting and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Google Suite and online software programs
  • Ability to travel to Providence location


Full-time schedule, M-F 9a-5p based in Wakefield RI company headquarters
