Social Media Specialist, Lineage Corporation
Lineage Corporation, the marketing agency for the Green Line Apothecary family of companies, is hiring a Social Media Specialist. We are seeking a forward-thinking, data-driven, and self-motivated marketing professional to manage and implement social media channels for numerous brands.
Social Media Specialist responsibilities:
- Maintain and update all brands' social media platforms
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content on social media channels including instagram, facebook, twitter, tiktok and linkedin
- Build meaningful social connections and encourage community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform for new and emerging brand clients
- Collaborate with agency Art Director and Video Production Specialist to create compelling social media content
- Actively engage with new and existing audiences to grow following
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules]
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices
- Optimize content and strategies based on analytical data
- Provide support to additional digital marketing activities, including email, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of social media management or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of daily social media channel content production
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
- Rigorous analytical experience and expert familiarity with ever-changing digital environment
- Ability to capture, dissect and interpret data to leverage towards company goals
- Intellectual curiosity to seek out self-education opportunities across multiple industries
- Excellent communication skills in both written and oral form, including copywriting expertise
Schedule and Location:
- Full-time, M-F schedule
- Position located at Lineage offices in Wakefield Rhode Island
